1. Software Services & Delivery
ACE 78 Technologies designs and deploys custom software systems, AI pipelines, and cloud environments on behalf of clients. Deliverables are specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW) and are subject to milestone review and verification.
2. Intellectual Property Licensing
Upon final milestone verification and full payment clearance, ownership of custom software source code is transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise in the SOW. ACE 78 retains rights to generic code utility helpers and pre-built system microservices.
3. SLA Support & Availability
Our Teams as a Service (TaaS) and production SRE support options guarantee specific technical assistance schedules. Standard technical maintenance response guidelines are outlined in client SLA contracts, with priority outages triaged under 15 minutes.
4. Limitation of Liability
ACE 78 Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system outages, third-party EHR API latency, or data transmission failures beyond our direct cloud-native network parameters.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
